People from across the Ministry Area braved the cold weather for our Advent Quiet Day at St Michael’s, Llanvihangel Crucorney in December. We were lucky enough to have the day led by Bishop Cherry, whose morning and afternoon reflections centred around the Watching and Waiting of Advent. The day was filled with morning and evening prayer, time to contemplate the Bishop’s words as well as a fish and chip lunch! We were invited to enjoy quiet, individual reflection both in the church and (for those brave enough to face the frost) in its beautiful surroundings. Many thanks to Bishop Cherry, Rev. David and all those who organised this peaceful day.
