What a beautifully sunny spring evening it was at St Teilo’s Church, Llantilio Crossenny on Tuesday 9th April for Revd. Heidi Prince’s licensing service.
Although many of us have known Heidi to be ministering in the area for several years, she has until now been under the title of ‘House for Duty’ priest. From April, she is now a team vicar in the Ministry Area, receiving a stipend for her continued work and dedication to Llantilio Crossenny and surrounding area. Bishop Cherry talked of Heidi’s commitment to rural ministry and the care she continues to show through her pastoral work. An impressive buffet was then had in the Cil-Llwch Chapel – thank you to everyone across the Ministry Area who kindly contributed to the buffet – it was thoroughly enjoyed!
