We are very excited to introduce the lovely Emily Bailey as our new School’s Engagement Pioneer for North Monmouthshire. Our Ministry Area was one of four chosen locations to receive this funding from the Diocese. The position aims to grow new worshipping communities by building stronger relationships with schools.
A longstanding member of St Teilo’s, Emily has strong links with Llantilio Pertholey Primary School as well as knowledge of the surrounding area and will be a great asset to our MA. She has lots of ideas to start working with Llantilio Pertholey, Cross Ash and Llanvihangel Crucorney schools, as well as innovative ways to improve the inclusion of children in our churches. Emily says:
“I am so excited to be taking on this new challenge as Schools Engagement Pioneer. I am looking forward to working with the local schools and churches within the North Monmouthshire Ministry, hoping to build new relationships between the Diocese and new generations, to share the elation that faith can bring into the lives of all.”
