| Churchyard paths | Path from lytch gate is gravel and flat. Path from north side is grass and flat – this is recommended for wheelchairs in dry weather as opposed to gravel. No handrails. |

History
The village of Penrhos, meaning Top or End of the Moor, is home to St Cadoc’s Church.
St. Cadoc’s is Grade 11* listed dating from the 15th century (although some parts may be earlier). It has a ribbed wagon roof with decorative square bosses. The North Aisle and Vestry were added in 1878. The Lych Gate was erected in 1931 and opened by Lord Treowen:
“To the Glory of God and in memory of all those who gave their lives in the service of King and Country”
St Cadoc’s has undergone a recent renovation project, with the installation of a new loo and kitchen. This will be a great asset, not only to the fellowship of its congregation, but also the village as a whole.
